FocusFlow Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

FocusFlow is a screen recording app for macOS. Your privacy with FocusFlow is simple: the app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

What we collect

Nothing. FocusFlow collects no personal information, no usage analytics, and no identifiers. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no advertising.

Your recordings

All recordings and edits are created and stored locally on your Mac. They are never uploaded to us or to any third party. You have full control of your files.

Permissions

FocusFlow requests only the permissions needed to record, and all of it is processed entirely on your device:

• Screen Recording — to capture your screen.
• Camera (optional) — for the picture-in-picture camera overlay.
• Microphone (optional) — to record your narration.
